After hearing testimony, Blount County General Sessions Court Judge Mike Gallegos bound the case against Fox over to a Blount County grand jury.
The only witness called to the stand Friday was Blount County Sheriff's Office Detective Douglas Lee Davis, who recounted three separa

Ralph Lawler hadn't missed a Clippers broadcast in 25 years.
Not for a cold or flu or even a kidney stone attack.
He's been at the microphone for every dreary Clippers loss and the occasional uplifting victory.

They are still one of just five NFL teams with more rushes than pass attempts (320 to 305), but that's not getting them what it used to.
"Each one of these takes on a different personality," Fox said Friday.
"I say that a lot, but if you're behind, you tend to throw more; if you're ahead, you tend to run more. At whatever we had the opportunity to do last night, I'm sure outside of that (team meeting) room, there will be a lot people that don't give us a chance.
"Until the math says it, we'll feel like we have a chance."

Last April, upon its public unveiling, Keyaron Fox was a mite juiced.
The NFL's merry band of schedule-makers presented him a homecoming in late November: a return trip to Kansas City, where he was drafted five years ago, and Arrowhead Stadium, where he began his Sundays journey.
Then he scanned the Chiefs' roster, coaching staff and front office.
To be honest, at the beginning of the season, when I saw them on the schedule, I was looking forward to it -Keyaron Fox

"Glee," Fox's sharp and subversive musical comedy series, is averaging a respectable 8.6 million viewers a week.
And apparently they are going online to champion and celebrate the show, which is turning out to be more viral than H1N1.
"Glee" may rank 42nd in the Nielsen ratings, but it's a phenomenon on social networking sites such as Facebook and MySpace.
"We monitored Twitter feeds, and 'Glee' is absolutely crushing the competition," says Chris Albrecht, co-editor of NewTeeVee.com, a Web site devoted
